Single sinks and accessories travel via insured parcel carriers with live tracking emailed to you. Multi-unit or job-site deliveries leave on palletized LTL freight with liftgate or dock arrangements as needed. International replenishment ships on Sea Freight (20–40 days, “I Promise”) or Air Freight (5–10 days) depending on urgency.
Damage Protection
Every carton includes corner guards and foam. Inspect deliveries upon arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier paperwork so we can file claims and expedite replacements.
