Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories to qualify for a full refund.

We offer a 14-day reasonless return policy on stocked products, plus fast replacements for freight damage or manufacturing defects.
Process
Email order@aakitchensandbaths.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return. We’ll provide an RMA number and carrier label or freight instructions depending on carton size.
Exceptions
Custom-fabricated fixtures and colorways are non-returnable once production begins. For defective custom goods, we repair or remake the item at our cost.
